How it Works

1. Place your order online

2. We will reach out to you 2-3 weeks before your wedding to finalize delivery location and delivery time window. We will send you an invoice for this at this time.

3. We make your wedding flowers.

4. We deliver your wedding flowers at the time and location we discussed.

Order Minimum

Order minimum is $300. Any orders less than $300 need approval. Please email us at hello@blackdiamondflowers.com to find out if we can accommodate a lower minimum for your wedding date.

Logistics & Delivery

Delivery is invoiced separately. Between 2-3 weeks before your wedding, we will reach out to you to finalize delivery location and delivery time window. Please refer to the delivery pricing below.

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled more than 3 weeks (22 days or more) before the wedding will receive a 50% refund. Orders cannot be canceled within 3 weeks before your wedding (21 days or less) and will receive no refund.
